I grew up in the same neighborhood with Bunchy and we were best of friends. His older brother Phil was best friends with my older brother Jimmy. Bunchy was always up for a fun adventure and loved to have a good time. He was a friend in need and you didn't even have to ask. He loved sports , especially football and was a great teammate.  He will be missed by all who had the priviledge of knowing him, especially me, his paesano.

Arrivederci Bunchy, God speed.

John was the tenor in our award-winning barbershop quartet (including Lou Cushman, Chris Corbett and yours truly).  He was a wonderful tenor and a really nice guy.  God bless.  Give those angels a high-C, John.

Bunchy was one of the best friends anybody would want.  He was a very soft-spoken, positive individual who never had anything negative to say about anyone or anything. Bunchy, with your passing, you have gone up to a better place and no longer have the problems and worries that are left with the rest of us. I was happy to see Bunchy at our last reunion and had an enjoyable long conversation with him. May you Rest In Peace and enjoy your new life above.  Take care, friend.

P.S. When I arrive up there and meet with you, we will have to practice the quarterback sneak so that you fully understand when I tap you on your left butt, that means the play is going to the left, not to the right!  God bless you man, I love you.

I remember John in the 7th grade at Glenfield Jr High and he remembered me at one of the class reunions. John was for real.

You're a good man Bunchy.  Rest in Peace.
