We both played basketbal for Grace Presbyterian Church on Grove street and was paid for washing dishes for the friday couples dinners at the church. As I remember the shortest family member was his sister at 6' 1 inch all others taller!. He was on the volunteer firemans group in Essex Fells in retirement as I recall maybe even before he retired. He was a great man and will be sorely missed. RIP George.
