I have my first grandchild, Lucia, born January 2013. Being a grandfather (if a bit belatedly) is great!
I'm enjoying photography even more, now that I'm mostly retired and the pressure is less.
I've been traveling, with two trips over the last few years to Turkey, and an early 2014 trip of a month to Peru, including the Amazon River and Machu Picchu. In addition, we enjoy trailer trips about he US.
Current photography jobs involve visiting schools and photographing children as they go about their studies, for Renaissance Learning, Inc. It's interesting to see what education is like today.
School Story:

I remember almost dozing off in French class. Ms. Borden would suddenly slam a desk cover down, making a loud report, and nearly scaring me out of my wits.
