Kristin was city planner in Santa Paula.  She married and divorced Emmet Duncan and then remarried a minister..and was very happy.  Kristin was admired for her forthright manner, her total honesty, and just for being a very good friend.  She is survived by one son - Stuart Dancan and her brother Karl.
