Denise Maute had heard via Susan Hapner that the cause was sleep apnea. If you know anyone with sleep apnea, PLEASE get them to get help, research is starting to indicate it is considerably more prolific than previously thought. There’s even some research that would indicate that most men that have a heart attack during sleep that sleep apnea is the root cause… Simply sleeping somewhat upright (e.g. a recliner chair, or similar elevated angle can help)

Additionally, even those not dying, it wreaks havoc on your cardio and pulmonary systems, which, of course, wreaks havoc on everything… I believe we’ll begin to see much research here in the coming few years…
Simply stated, sleep apnea should be taken very serious…

May Alan’s soul be happy and at peace on the other side…
