It is believed that Doug took his own life shortly after we graduated from High School. Rumor has it that he was very depressed from the split or divorce from his wife. He also apparently took the life of his favorite dog as well.

Doug was a bouncer at a bar called Waltz Lounge for a while after we graduated. When I joined the Air Force in October of 80 he was still working there and I saw him there again about 3 or 4 months later when I was home on leave. I am very sad to hear that he may have taken his own life. The Doug I knew was always up beat and just didn't seem like the type to take his own life.Paul Dung Tran
