He was my best friend through all these years since high school. He and I had a lot of good times together. We could tell each other anything, and did. Reflecting back on him I can say that I never saw this man angry. He always had a kwick wit, and all those around him found him to be a genuine good guy. Ray had been employed by napa for the last 20 years. He was a husband, and good father. I will miss him very much! I last visited him on Dec.29 at his home in Lutz. He was fine, and in good spirts. We last spoke on the phone, saturday Jan.17 th. I received the shocking news of his death, when his daughter Malory called me saturday afternoon. I was, and still am shocked at my friends early and untimely death. I was told that his sister found him on his kitchen floor cold. The cause of his death is still to be determined. Services for Ray mize will be on Feb 7th.

Thank you Greg for the information. Raymond was a sweet guy, and, as I recall, really smart. I'm so sorry for your loss of a good friend.
