Richard William Stark, II, 54, of Fredericksburg, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at his home.
He is survived by his mother, Carrie Ciccarello of Tampa, Fla.; his companion of 28 years, Bart T. Cline of Fredericksburg; and his aunt Sonja Perez of Tampa, Fla. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard W. Stark.
A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Salem Baptist Church, Fellowship Hall.

Richard was a great guy. We dated briefly in the 5th grade, if you could call that dating Lol. Our parents became friends and used to play cards together. He will be missed by many. RIP Richard.
