Private family services were 9 a.m. on Monday, May 1, 2006, in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home with the Rev. Rick Glenn officiating. Burial followed in Memphis Baptist Church Cemetery with Southern Heritage directing. Mr. Kuczynski was born, August 30, 1963, to Betty Kuczynski and the late William Edward Kuczynski. He was a real estate agent in the Tampa area. He is survived by his mother, Betty Clark Kuczynski, Lutz; two sons, Daniel Jordan Kuczynski and Nicholas Rey Kuczynski, Lakeland; the mother of his children, Olivia Ann Kuczynski, Lakeland; three brothers, Edward Kuczynski, Raleigh, N.C., Stanley Kuczynski, Lakeland, Ronald Kuczynski, Fort Lauderdale; two sisters, Evelyn Kuczynski, Blakely, Ga., Mary Carol Kauffman, Alaska; three nieces, Ashley Kuczynski and Rachel Vallejo, Lake O'Lakes, Caroline Kuczynski, Raleigh, N.C.
