I think that the story I remember most was the one where David Falin, John Wolfe and I always hung out together after school at David's house. We would record ourselves singing and acting kind of crazy on David's home stereo. We'd use two microphones and record to the Left and Right channels. I remember when Mr. Jack would let us play music over the intercom at lunch and David and I figured out how to erase our channel on the cassette and still leave John on there singing. We got Danny Pruitt to play it one day at lunch. I think that the entire school knew what was going to happen that day...everyone except John. The cafeteria went nuts. What fun we had!

Since 79' I've held a few different jobs finally settling with the McDowell County Board of Education in October 1985 as a Special Education teacher and have been teaching at MVHS since 1987. Divorced once and remarried to a great lady named Theda. She's also a Special Ed. teacher and is teaching with me at MV. I also have a sound and lighting company that I have been running for the past 30 years. It's called "Mr. Bill's Sound & Light". I'm also into old cars and am in the process of restoring a 1956 BMW Isetta 300 Convertible, better know to many of you as an "Urkle Car" like the one Steve Urkle drives on the show "Family Matters". I've owned it since I was 14 and now's the time to get it on the road. Maybe one day, I can bring it to one of our reunions!
