Honorable Michael A. Esposito, retired Jackson County Municipal Court Judge, died on June 15, 2018 in Columbus, Ohio at the age of 65. Michael was an honors graduate of Ohio University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School. Michael served as Jackson County Municipal Court Judge from January 1988 until his retirement from the bench in September 1993. A former Ohio Assistant Attorney General, private practice attorney, and hearing examiner for the Ohio Department of Transportation, Michael most recently had been affiliated with the Kroger Company. A beloved father and grandfather, loyal and trusted friend; Michael will be remembered for his knowledge, integrity, and generous spirit. Michael was preceded in death by his parents Michael R. and Helen Esposito. He is survived by daughter, Alexa Esposito (Chad) Biniasz; granddaughter, Behati Biniasz; grandson, Beck Biniasz; brother, Ronald Esposito; and many cousins. A celebration of Michael's life will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 6pm at La Scala Restaurant, 4199 W. Dublin Granville Rd., Dublin, Ohio 43017.
