Dale Eugene Redford (1950 - 2015)

Dale Eugene Redford passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Memorials: May be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, https://donate.lls.org/lls/donate. Dale was born July 3, 1950 to John H. and Frances Redford. He served in the United States Air Force, where his technical genius first set him apart, as it would distinguish him the rest of his life. Dale used his GI Bill benefits to attend the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned a BSEE degree, graduating with the highest of honors. Dale's subsequent automation engineering career encompassed practically every role from logic design to engineering director. Over a dozen US Patents name Dale Redford as inventor. Dale was the beloved husband of Barbara Redford of Grand Prairie; and Lynn Rosalez of Hampton, Va.; his daughters, Stephanie Redford and Traci Malone-Ice; several grandchildren; and many, Dale is also survived by his sisters, Daphne Redford of Dallas, many dear friends that will miss his wit, warmth and generosity every single day.
