Mary Lee Orr, 69, of Austin, Texas, passed away on December 27, 2018.

She was born on November 12, 1949, in San Angelo, Texas, to Lester Theo Baker and Mary Ruth Evans.

Mary met her husband, Orville Howell Orr Jr., while both were in the Air Force in Germany. Mary was honorably discharged with a rank of Sergeant from the Air Force in 1980.

Mary enjoyed reading, scuba diving, sailing, sewing, crocheting, scrap booking and playing piano. Her travels included Iceland, Germany, Spain, England, France, Italy, Netherlands and Poland. Mary loved her friends and was active in several local organizations including Round Rock New Neighbors and the BACA Senior Center.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Mary Baker, and her brother Edwin Theo Baker.

She is survived by her husband, Orville Howell Orr Jr.; her three daughters, Mary Allison Ryan, Patricia Kathleen Orr and Rachel Nicole Orr; her sister Patricia Sharon Talley; and her cousin Kay Lou Woods.

Mary asked that instead of memorial services, her family and friends gather to celebrate her life over food and drinks.
