Greetings.  Sorry this email is just getting to you.  I have been preoccupied with my 16 yr olds broken leg and pending surgery.  But here is all the info you should need.  If anything in this email is unclear or you have any extra questions, feel free to email me at ccrane4500@yahoo.com or text me at 817-564-4488.

Thursday:

If you will be in town or live in Abilene, we will have a parade float to ride on.  If you plan to ride, you need to be at the civic center at 5 pm.  The floats have to be lined up and ready for depature at 5:30.  Tammy McDaniel has agreed to take over the float preparation and parade for me, as my son is having surgery on Thursday.  I will have her post on fb any info that I haven't included. 

Friday:

We will kick off the weekend at 5:30 at the Abilene Shrine Club. Here is a map to the Club:

We will have all of your reunion gear (tshirts, game tix, and Saturday night tickets) waiting on you at the Shrine Club.  There are restrooms for you to change into your reunion tshirts for the game.  Ryan Curtis has graciously provided bbq for us to enjoy before heading to the game, and Nathan Stamper has arranged for us to have a variety of adult beverages to enjoy complimentary as well.  Nathan has also secured us a bartender to mix drinks, so please remember to tip her.  If you want a specific drink feel free to bring it for yourself.  We will caravan to the game around 7 pm.  We have reserved seats together at the game.  After the game we will meet back at the Shrine Club to continue the party.  Jody Murillo has secured a dj for the night to play your favorite throw back music.

Saturday:

The Saturday event is at The Warehouse, located at 357 Walnut Street.  It is located between North 3rd and 4th streets.  The event starts at 7:30 and will end around 11:30 pm.  We will have heavy appetizers (enough to fill you up) and desserts.  There is also a cash bar, with drinks ranging from $3-$6.  We have a dj and a photo booth to keep us entertained.  The dress is from casual to cocktail, whatever makes you comfortable. 

I hope this helps everyone make plans.  Remember that everything you need to pick up will be available at the Shrine club on Friday at the pre game gathering.  The tshirts are black with gold lettering.
