Annette was born March 12, 1963 in Blythe, California, the second of 10 children born to Thad and Nancy Skinner. She spent her early years in California, Nevada and Arizona and then back to Nevada where the family lived until she was 16 and they moved to Star Valley. Annette loved to be with her friends and liked to be riding around with them or talking on the phone. She had many friends both here and in Las Vegas.

Annette is survived by her parents of Fairview, seven sisters, Mrs. Olin (Wendy) Draney of Auburn, Missy, Stacy, Nicole, Kelley, Justa and Amanda and two brothers, Todd and Shane all of Fairview. Annette Skinner is the daughter of Thad E. Skinner and Nancy Carol Hillstead.
