I was not aware that Tracy had passed away. I wish I had taken the time to know him better. I am sure he was a good man.

Tracy grew up in Afton 1st ward with a big group of fun kids. Annie Call, Nordell Putnam, Raymond Sorenson, Kip Wilkes, Robert Graham, Ann Walker, Linda Lamb, Steve Clark, Alicia Merritt and myself. Most of my memories are of all of us acting badly enough to get our teachers to leave. We spent alot of Sundays making our teachers wish they were never born. Not too proud of that one but it's oh, so true. I remember when some of us tried to climb up the tower of the church (Afton stake center). We also used to have Sunday School class in the old historical building that was some way attached to the church I think and we seemed to be even more rotten then. Not such a steller group of memories going on I know and I hope some of them weren't as bad as I remember!
Tracy was alway a quiet and nice part of our group. He walked to school and church like most of us did in that ward and I always thought that was a nice part of our day. I remember Tracy in a 'roadshow' we did one year and we sang a song about "Who will buy my sweet lemonade?" He thought it was dumb that we had to sing but he bucked up and did it anyway.
His mom, Deana, spent alot of time coaching us in softball one year. The two of them seemed to be good friends and she was a good support for him and he for her.
I was sad to hear that he died years ago and I am thankful to have known him.
