Victor was an innocent man walking alongside the road to look for help with his truck...

He was a faithful catholic, a brother and a son...

Now he is a soldier of God who probably continues to help those less fortunate.

Thanking you from the bottom of my heart for all you've done here on earth.

Your cousin,
Prinsilla

Victor was a funny and charming person who till this day is missed and thought of fondly. I remember when 7 young teenagers were sent to Yigo for a weekend retreat...it was then that we became "The lucky 7 from Agat"; it was the best thing that happened to us and our village. I enjoyed his friendship and the love we all shared. I am grateful that I was given that moment in time to know a wonderful person as Victor.

In Loving Memory of Victor...one of seven,
Rose Fejeran Castro

I am sorry to hear that Victor left this world. My memory of Victor comes from when I first arrived at Oceanview (from Georgia) in 1986. We were both in JROTC under Sergeant Rogney. Victor was a freshman. He was sort of heavy at the time, and maybe a little awkward (but who isn't as a freshman). I was amazed when Victor returned from summer vacation. He must have lost 40-50 pounds. He was exercising and taking better care of himself. He was lean and mean. He had a new attitude. He looked good and stood proud. Here I am over twenty years later--and I never forgot that. God Bless you Victor.

I first met Vic through our mutal friend Dennis Francisco while at New Apra(Heights)Naval Housing. Dennis drowned on a Naval Station beach around 1985. I can't remember if they were actually cousins or not. Both were in 8th grade at Piti Middle School, I was in 7th. We were all into the same comic books, cartoons, etc. I remember when Vic's cousin Ralph Borja first arrived in PMS. When I was a Freshman in OHS in 1986 I remember we were in JROTC together. I also ran into to Vic and Ralph many times at the NAVSTA Commissary because they were baggers. Last I remember of Vic was when I was a JROTC Color Guard Junior at GCC and Vic's Color Guard had won the right to represent Guam in Moreno Valley, CA that year. He had definitley lost a lot of weight and looked to be in great shape. Sorry to hear what happened to Vic.
