In Memory

Gordon DeVore

Gordon DeVore

The family of Gordon R. DeVore wishes to thank all of those who prayed, sent cards, gave food, ministered to us and supported us through Gordon's illness and now at his passing. A special thanks to Olsten Home Care and Sandia Hospice for their loving care. We grieve for ourselves because we miss Gordon, but we praise the God of Creation that Gordon has received his perfect body and is in eternity glorifying God. Heaven is a little nearer and dearer because you are there, dear Gordon!"Blessed is the man who preserves under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him." (James 1:12)

Goodbye Gordon sorry to see you leave so soon.  I remember all those scouting adventures we had at camp Cimarron.  All the merit badges we earned, I used a lot of thoseskills sailing.  Keep hiking.  Terry
