Welcome to the Manzano High Class Of 1993 (30 Year) Reunion website. 

Dear Classmates,

It's hard to believe that 30 years has flown by since we tossed our graduation caps into the air and embarked on our own individual paths of life.

It's time to get together again. To see each other face to face instead of on Facebook. To learn about what's been going on and to remember those who can't join us this time. 

The Class of 1993 30 Year High School Reunion is scheduled for Saturday, July 29, 2023. It will be held at the El Vado Event Center starting at 6 pm.

Here's what's planned.

Saturday

Tour - 10 or 11 am – Walk Down Memory Lane Tour at Manzano High School (Time is tentative and will be confirmed prior to event) – We’ll be taking a guided tour of the school grounds and reminiscing about old times.

Lunch - Noon - Dion's at 11000 Central Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123
Bring the family and get together after the tour. You’re welcome to attend if you don’t go on the tour. Everyone is responsible for their own lunch. Ordering ahead is recommended.  (505) 296-0771

The Reunion - 6 pm - El Vado Event Center
This will be a casual affair with plenty of room to mix and mingle.  There’s a lounge area, an outside patio and a large indoor area where there will be a dinner buffet and full bar.  As the evening progresses, dancing begins with DJ Hank Padilla spinning our favorite tunes from the 90s.  Tickets include dinner and drink tickets. There are several different ticket options.

We’ll have a memory lane table and a table to remember our classmates who are no longer with us. Bring pictures and other memorabilia to display.

Sunday

Nothing official is planned. If you’d like to meet up, there are several restaurants and shops at El Vado that open at 11:30 am and there’s plenty of seating. 

Tickets

There are several ticket options available.  We kept in mind people’s needs and tried to make it affordable so everyone could attend.

Early bird tickets available! These prices will be available till May 24th at midnight.  If you buy tickets for 2, there’s a discount.  

Tickets include entry to the reunion, dinner and a drink ticket for beer, wine or a cocktail. The NA tickets include non-alcoholic drink tickets.

Venue Information

Our reunion will be held at the El Vado Event Center located at 2500 Central SW, Albuquerque, NM 87104  https://elvadoabq.com/event-facilities/. This is near old town, across the street from the Bio Park.

Hotel Information

If you’re interested in staying near the reunion or are visiting from out of town, you have the option of two hotels within walking distance of the event center. They are both unique fun properties with different price points available.

The online booking discount code for the Manzano HS 30th reunion celebration is MHS30YRS (not case sensitive). This code is valid for a 12% discount across all room categories at both properties- El Vado and the Monterey Motel, for the night of July 29th, 2023, and checking out on July 30th. Vacancies are available on a first come first serve basis. Booking earlier would be most likely to guarantee availability of a desired room category.
