Deceased Alum: Thomas Langlotz, FHHS '74
HI JOE,
I AM VERY SORRY TO TELL YOU MY DEAR BROTHER THOMAS PASSED AWAY AROUND 2002 FROM BRAIN CANCER. IN MANY WAYS IT WAS A BLESSING. HE CAME DOWN ABOUT TWENTY YEARS WITH CANCER THEN IT WENT INTO REMISSION BUT RETURNED. DURING THAT TWENTY YEARS HE LOST EVERYTHING, WIFE, JOB, HOME ETC., ......HIS FAMILY TRULY LOVED THOMAS. HE WAS A GREAT GUY AND VERY FUNNY; THOMAS LOVED AND ENJOYED HIS FRIENDS, AS YOU KNOW AS HIS FRIEND.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR THOUGHTS......I MIGHT ADD THAT MY BROTHER JOHN ALSO PASSED AWAY A FEW YEARS PRIOR TO THOMAS......IF YOU RUN INTO ANYONE OF HIS FRIENDS PLEASE TELL THEM TOO.....I THINK A LOT ABOUT ALL YOU FOLKS FROM FT. HUNT.....THOSE WERE THE BEST , THE VERY BEST OF TIMES..........
THANKS FOR ASKING ABOUT HIM.
BEST REGARDS, KEN LANGLOTZ

Just seeing this after so many years. I was a super close friend of Thomas in high school, driving around in his impala so many nights I can't believe it. I was close with Cathy as well. Can you ask her to reach out if she remembers me? I lived just down the street from them off Sherwood hall lane. Can you confirm that I have the right person By telling me the street that Thomas grew up on. Sad news. Do you know if Howard Arnold is still alive? Thanks. Scot
