"Mark Allison Staton passed away in January of 2008. Writing this is his daughter, Samantha Staton who created this profiIe in his name. He is survived by me, his mother (Leta Staton), and my sister Allison. Mark grew up in Stratford Landing and was cousins with Vikki Staton (Ishee). He also served in Vietnam. I have very fond memories of your terrific dad, Sam and Allison! He had a smile that could coax the grumpiest face into a grin, and a magnetic personality that just made people want to be around him.
Though I didn't meet him until the later part of his life, I'm proud to have called him my friend. He is surely smiling down on you from heaven!
