Cynthia Gallivan VIEW PROFILE

September 27, 1961 - March 1, 2018

Cynthia Marie Gallivan, 56, passed into the presence of God on March 1, 2018. She was a resident of San Antonio, Texas, but was born on Sept 27, 1961 in Odessa, TX. Cynthia is preceded in death by her father George A. Gallivan and survived by her mother Alice Gallivan, her Sister Kendall Taylor and husband Barry and her Brother Kevin Gallivan and wife Delizia. She is also survived by her Niece Meagan Stiffler and husband Clint, Nephew Kyle Taylor and wife Shelby and Nephew Nicolas Cappellini.

Cynthia attended Fort Hunt High School in Alexandria, Virginia and graduated in 1979. She then attended Southwest Texas State University where she graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration in 1984. She worked at KISS Radio, KENS 5 and KSAT 12 in Sales and Marketing. In 2000 Cynthia made the decision to be self-employed and continued to have a successful marketing career.

She will be truly missed by her family and friends. Eternal rest grant to her, O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

A rosary and funeral mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. on March 12, 2018 at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, 1602 Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, TX 78232. Interment will immediately follow mass at St. Mary's Cemetery in Fredericksburg, Texas. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, 1602 Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, Texas 78232.
