Scott M. Troutman, 64, Altoona, died Friday, February 20, 2015,  at UPMC Altoona. 

He was born September 20, 1950,  in Altoona, son of Bernard and Barbara (Peterman) Troutman. 

Surviving are his mother; and three siblings: a sister, Amy in New York, Mark and wife, Pam, in Texas and Jeffery and wife, Mary Lou,  in Maryland. 

He was preceded in death by his father. 

Scott was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School, Alexandria VA, and had a masters degree in computer science. 

He was retired from Lucent Technology as a computer programmer. 

He enjoyed  Blair County Genealogical Society.
