Elizabeth passed away 8/13/2016 due to complcations from Diabetes.  She was survived by her husband Randolph T. Montgomery and was married for 31 years. She was survived also by siblings Nancy Crowley and Ray Woodbury Crowley and brother-in-law James G. Montgomery.  Internment ceremony was at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. She was a direct descendent of John Dunlap, the printer to the First Continental Congress who printed the first broadsides of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.
