Larry was a great guy and was a very good friend of mine.   I have very fond memories of the times we had together while at Thomas Jefferson HS.  After graduation, we lost touch with each other as we went to different schools and my family moved away from Annandale.   My sympathies go out for his family for their loss.

There is a beautiful obituary for Larry, created by his daughter, Karin in addition to the one posted in memory - please take a look at it through this link - https:/karinoesterich.wixsite.com/rememberinglarry

Thank you, Chris, for the link to Larry's obituary.  It is beautiful.

I got to know Larry when I was in Drama Club my freshman year, then through Honor Society and in various classes.  In Drama Club, he was stage crew (great with lighting!); I worked with makeup (which is hi-larious, since I wore very little, if any).  Throughout high school, he was generous and kind.  He also had a wonderful sense of humor.  My thoughts are with his family; I sure he is greatly missed.
