I remember Wayne as the co-captain of the '68-'69 varsity wrestling team. He served as a quiet role model to his teammates with his focused, hard working demeanor. May you RIP Wayne.
Wayne might well have been the nicest guy in our class. I don’t believe I ever heard a harsh word come out of his mouth. He was competitive in sports but always a real gentleman.
