Russel passed away on 6/11/19 due to complications after a surgical procedure, in Leesburg, VA.  He is survived by his wife, Diane, daughters Jennifer and Leigh Anne and sons Russell, Jr. and Ryan.  He was a kind man, who was a wonderful husband and Father.  He will be missed by all he touched.
