Ramon Arredondo Joslin, 62, died Sunday, February 9, 2013 at his home. Ramon was born on August 14, 1951 and served in the United States Air Force. He served as a police officer for the Alice Police department for 30 years and retired as a Lieutenant in 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Nicholas Joslin; his wife, Rosario Joslin and his mother-in-law, Maria S. Guerra.

Ramon is survived by his father–in-law, Miguel Guerra; sisters-in-law, Sylvia G. (Robert) Cuevas, Gloria Guerra, Mary Lou Beltran and Belinda (Oscar) Cuevas; brothers-in-law, Miguel Guerra, Jr., Noe (Ida) Guerra, Daniel A. Guerra, Rolando Guerra; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 11, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. with a Rosary being recited at 7 p.m.at the Holmgreen Mortuary Chapel. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 10 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the New Collins Cemetery.
