Lexington Township man dies in ATV accident  LEXINGTON TWP. —

A 28-year-old Lexington Township was killed in an ATV crash early Sunday morning.

Clifton Vance, of 13675 Pennsylvania St. NE, was pronounced dead at 4:11 a.m., said Harry Campbell, a chief investigator for Stark County Coroner P.S. Murthy.

The Stark County Sheriff’s Department reports Vance was operating a Kawasaki ATV at a high rate of speed in the 14000 block of Greenbower Street NE at around 2:55 a.m. The accident remains under investigation by the sheriff’s department.

Campbell said Vance was not wearing a helmet, and, at this time, the coroner’s office believes head and chest injuries caused Vance’s death.
