Kenneth Raymond Guthrie, age 71, of Alpena, MI, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021, peacefully in his loving home.

He was born January 24, 1950, in Alpena, MI, son of the late Harry and Fidelis Guthrie.  Ken was a 1968 graduate of Alpena High School and attended Alpena Community College before being drafted into the U.S. Army.  He retired from Besser Company in Alpena.  

Ken is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol, and two children, four grandchildren, and two siblings as well as several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, from 1 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 3 p.m. at McWilliams Funeral Home with the Rev.
