Donna L. Dege-Carter, 56 of Battle Creek, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2007, at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, W.Va.  She was born April 1, 1950, in Alpena, MI, the daughter of Herbert & Dorothy (Liske) Dege.  She married Jerry S. Carter.  Donna had worked for Target for 13 yrs.  She liked to travel & go shopping & to her son's sporting events.  She was a member of the Fairfax Community Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry, mother, Dorothy Dege, children, Trista (Jaris McIntosh) Morrissette, Adam Carter, Jerry Carter II, all of Battle Creek, sister June (Roy) Thompson of Alpena and several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Dege, sister, Linda Dege & grandmother, Ida Diamond.
