A memorial service for Sandra Louise Moss will held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 10, at Gordon Moore Park in Godfrey.

Sandra Louise Moss was born on Aug. 8, 1962, to Ernest and Dorothy Galloway Moss.

Sandra attended Alton Public Schools and graduated from Alton High School in 1982. She attended Lewis and Clark Community College.

Sandy departed this earth at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 2, 2011, at South Fulton Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Diann Galloway Mitchell; and her brother, Larry Eugene Galloway.

Sandy leaves to cherish two brothers, Richard (Pam) Galloway of Dublin, Ga., and Spencer Galloway of Atlanta, Ga.; two sisters, Cornelia (Anthony) Knight of Alton and Catherine (Robert) Gist of Hapeville, Ga.; and a brother-in-law, Vernon E. Mitchell of Alton. She also leaves 18 nieces and nephews and a host of great-nieces and -nephews and friends.
