Leo was a great guy who always had a smile and a friendly greeting for you. I sat next to him at a Alton High basketball game less than a month ago, he was so happy and looked so good, we just never know when it's our turn.

I want to express my condolences to Leo's family, you can be proud of him and I know you are, he served his country in the Marine Corp. and worked hard and loved his family, he is a man I truly respect and glad I knew him.
