Arthur Redditt
LOS ANGELES -
Arthur Redditt, 54, formerly of Alton, Illinois died Wednesday. April 24, 1996.
He was the son of the late Willie and Rosie Redditt. Surviving are four sons, GeraldDennis and W i l l i e Redditt, both of St. Louis, Arthur Redditt Jr. of Hawaii and Miles Dwayne Redditt of Seattle; a daughter, Tracy Redditt of Bloomington; three stepdaughters, Starla Collins, Donna Jones and Bridgett Redditt, all of Alton; two brothers, Samuel of Memphis, Tenn., and Odell of Chicago; and two sisters, Wilma of Little Rock, Ark., and Willie Ruth of Lake Village, Ark.
A brother, James Redditt, preceded him in death. Services were held May 1, 1996 in Los Angeles.

Arthur died far, far too young. He had a large family who must fondly remember him. He was a good hearted soul.

I first met Arthur in jr high track. He was on west jrs team and I on East. When we got to AHS we were on the same team. I liked Arthur from the very start and am so sorry he left us way to soon.
