Obituary of Charles "Jim" Wolffbrandt

Charles James "Jim" Wolffbrandt, age 80, of Longwood, Florida, formerly of Ormond Beach, passed away peacefully at home with family on Friday, February 10, 2023.

He is survived by his loving wife Marilyn of 60 years, daughters, Mindy Rovillo and Kim Williams and her husband Robert Sierra; two grandchildren, Kalyn Williams, and Cameron Rovillo; step grandson, Michael Rovillo; sisters, Carol Watkins and her husband Donley, Darla Sandel and her husband Marvin; one brother, Robert Wolffbrandt and his wife Linda.

Jim was the best Dad, a loving husband, and a loyal brother. He had the best advice and a world of wisdom to share with all. Jim was a man of integrity and honor. His morals, values, and principles continue with the legacy of family and friends.

Jim was an avid NASCAR and College Football fan. He loved to travel, seeing 49 of the 50 United States. He was an animal lover and spent numerous hours with his beloved Pomeranians. Jim was one of kind and had a great love for life.

A Gathering of Family and Friends occurred Wednesday, March 1, 2023, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, 548 N Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, Florida. A Celebration of Life Service for Jim will begin at 12:00 pm.

Marilyn Hope Waide (Lake)

I didn't know Jim well; but I saw him and Marilyn, his wife, at the 2010 class reunion. Jim and Marilyn were such a lovely couple. The sort of folks you like immediately. I'm so sorry for Marilyn's and Jim's family's loss. He is in a better place. And Marilyn, What a great picture of a man who obviously loved life.

Jim was a favorite of mine, he was a class comedian and a real likable person.I send my condolances to Marilyn and family.Jim was truly a very nice guy and will be missed by many.
