RICHARDSON, Texas –
Ronald E. Buckshot, 54, died Saturday, Jan. 4, 1997. Born July 2, 1942, he was the son of Maxine Buckshot and the late Eugene Buckshot.
He was manager of Software Distribution for EDS. Prior to EDS, he was in real estate and owned his own marketing company. He was a private pilot and served on the Mount Vernon Outland Airport Authority Board in Illinois for five years.
In addition to his mother, surviving are his wife, Barbara; three daughters, Stacey Buckshot and her fiance, Dr. Greg Marsh, Veronica Jones and husband Bill, Laurie Buckshot; grandchildren, Ashley and Bria Jones; six sisters, and his father and mother- in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Jackson of Alton.
Visitation and services were at Restland Memorial Chapel, Greenville Avenue and Restland Road, Dallas.

Went all the way from second grade with Ron. At a early age he showed a great talent for drawing, and would always win class projects with his talent.He was picked as captain for our sixth grade Halloween window painting in Upper Alton, I think we painted Lammers Floral window with his drawing.Marilyn Hope Waide (Lake)
Hi, Larry,What a neat memory this is for Ronnie. I remember those Halloween windows. I wonder if someone could fill us in more about his life after school and when he died.
