ALTON - Billie Jean Raglin, 60, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2001, at her home. Born July 29, 1941, in Dyersburg, Tenn., she was a daughter of Ovelia (Foster) Glass of Alton and the late Shedrach King. She was employed by Olin Corp. for 35 years. Also surviving are a daughter, Kiki King Davis of Dallas; three sons, Floyd C. Raglin of California, Ronald G. Raglin of St. Louis and Rodney D. Raglin of Alton; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Roy D. Foster of Coppers Cove, Texas, and Lemuel M. Foster of Dyersburg; a sister, Lois E. Jackson of Gary, Ind.; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends; and many Christian brothers and sisters whom she loved very much.

Visitation was at  Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 2307 Union School Road in

Alton. until time of services at noon. Cremation occurred at Williams Mortuary which was also in charge of arrangements
