ALTON — Roger A. Price Sr., 72, departed this life at 5:34 a.m. Friday May 8, 2015, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He was being treated for serious heart problems. 

Roger Arthur Price was born September 26, 1942 to Oscar and Elvira Price. He had one sister, Joyce Scott. 

Roger liked to play cards, especially Pinochle, ride his motorcycle, and see Cardinal's baseball games. 

He had many friends in the motorcycle community.  

Although he was a member of the Alton High School Class of 1960, he did not graduate until 1961. 

Visitation was  Friday, May 15, 2015, at Cathy M. Williams & Sons Funeral Home in Alton. Burial: Upper Alton Cemetery.
