William D. “Bill” Nixon, 66, Hollidaysburg, formerly of Coupon, died Wednesday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late William J. and Shirley E. (Herlt) Nixon. Surviving are his wife, Robin C. (Lenning); three daughters: Chris A. (Bryan) Heberlig, Billie J. Nixon and Amy S. Nixon (Heather Glunt); one granddaughter; and three siblings: Jeannie K. (Jon) Sawn, Frank J. and Robert J. Nixon; and a brother-in-law, Bill Downey. He was preceded in death by two siblings: Peggy A. Downey and infant Albert J. Friends will be received from
