In the next few days, the Reunion Committee for the joint AHS/THS Reunion for November 7-9 will be posting Eventbrite invites to the individual events here and they will be sending links to them to all of you that we have addresses by e-mail. Please PM Bonnie Davidson on FB your address and she will add it to our list. We are nailing down final details on a few of these so come check out the page for updates. ALL EVENTS ARE OPEN TO FRIENDS OF THE CLASS OF 89 INCLUDING GRADUATES OF OTHER YEARS AND FROM OTHER SCHOOLS. EVENTS ARE PAY AS YOU GO FOR FOOD AND DRINK AND WE ARE TRYING TO AVOID ANY REUNION FEES BUT WE MAY HAVE TO CHARGE A NOMINAL ENTRY TO THE MAIN EVENT ON SATURDAY NIGHT TO PAY FOR BONDED BARTENDERS AND CLEAN UP.
Thursday, November 7th:
*Mixer at Shark Beach, 1505 E Farm to Market Rd 1151, Amarillo, TX 79118, 6:00-9:00 PM. Food/beverages available to order. Out on beach if weather permits, in warehouse if colder.
Friday, November 8th:
*Pep Rally at AHS, 4225 Danbury, Amarillo, TX 79109, 10:25AM
*Pep Rally at THS, 3921 Westlawn Ave, Amarillo, TX 79102, 10:01AM
*Tailgating at the Hell Week Game, Dick Bivens Stadium, 800 S. Marrs St., Amarillo TX 79104, Parking Lot (we will send a map out to explain where we are meeting). 5:00 Tailgating, 7:00 Game time ($8 PRE-SALE on the HomeTown Ticketing App https://www.amaisd.org/hometown OR $10 at the gate). Hot dogs provided, BYOB, bring a snack to share.
If you want some good merchandise, school clubs sell t-shirts, hats, etc just inside of each gate. Good way to support these clubs and refresh your spirit wear.
Saturday, November 9th:

**Glenda Moore is donating pastries and coffee prior to the tours at each school with a short presentation about her organization Kind House Ukranian Bakery.
Lunch on your own. We’ll have some suggestions for you.
*Big Event, The Alley, 605 S. Washington, Amarillo TX, 6-11 People with musical skills, bring your instruments, voices, and we are going to sing some 80's tunes. Venue has outdoor and indoor facilities to accommodate for weather. Working to keep this event free, but there may be a nominal fee $5-$10 per person to pay for incidental expenses. Still working out details of the bar. May be pay as you go. Planning on food trucks and will give more details soon.
