Christian Barrett, 37, of Amarillo died Thursday, March 22, 2007.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Monday in Llano Cemetery East with the Rev. Jim Shelburne of Washington Avenue Christian Church officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.
Christian graduated from Caprock High School in 1989. He was employed at Owens Corning Fiberglass Plant. He had a deep love for his family, his art and his dog, Bruce.
Survivors included his parents, Ken and Jeanene Pinkerton of Amarillo; a sister, Carly Jill Brooks of Amarillo; a brother, Cade Dustin Barrett and wife Kendra of Amarillo; his grandfather, Roy Wilson of Amarillo; a niece, Hannah Pfister of Amarillo; and two nephews, Dylan and Christopher Brooks, both of Amarillo.

I didn't realize until right before the reunion Christian had passed. If I'm not mistaken it involved a motorcycle accident.
We had wood shop at Fannin. We sat at the same table, he was so funny. He made the jokes, I laughed and got in trouble. I'd do it all again is a second! He had amazing long hair, and a great smile. :)
I know it's been a year since the site was put up, but I wanted to add love to my friends page.
