What I remember about Margaret is how meek she was. So kind and mature. When we went to a VOE competition in Odessa, Texas, our senior year, she was in the job interview competition. She won! She dressed the part and she was so poised. Such a shame she is gone. She had so much to contribute to our society.

So sad to see that Margaret died in 1974 -- just 4 years after we graduated.  I was looking through the folks listed "In Memory".  Didn't notice her the first time I looked.  Margaret was one of my best friends in high school.  She was one of the sweetest people I have ever known.  Jeanette, Margaret, Vivian, & I hung out together - especially in P.E.  I never heard Margaret say a bad word about anybody, ever.  She behaved and dressed very professionally.  She was easy to talk with and be around because she judged no one.  So sad to see that she died.  Wonder if Vivian McBride knows because Margaret & Vivian were best friends.  If anyone knows why Margaret died, will you please send me an e-mail to let me know?  My e-mail address is:  ciscomolly@suddenlink.net      In the subject line, be sure to write something like "Tascosa High School Class of 1970" because I don't open e-mails that I don't recognize.  Also, if anyone knows where she is buried.  They don't come any sweeter than Margaret.....  very good friend.
