The sensational Robert Edward Harris Jr. was born in Raton, New Mexico to Robert and Betty Harris and died at 65 years young on March 12, 2023 in Houston, Texas. Definitely not one afraid to speak his mind, backdown from a pointless argument or a trip to Whataburger Rob was a man who loved coffee with his milk at midnight, his music (too) loud, tacky yard dcor, and cherished animals over humanity, but would still give you the shirt off of his back in a heartbeat. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1975, relocated to Gods Country in Topeka, Kansas, decided that wasnt it and joined the Air Force from 1978-1982. During this time, he met and married the love of his life in 1979. The two lovebirds eventually settled their nest in Houston, where the two would become a family of three after welcoming their daughter. Rob was a dedicated employee with Time Warner and Comcast for almost 30 years, before an early retirement in 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, his younger brother Kent, and his beloved, cherished pets. Rob is survived by his beautiful and loving wife Carolyn, their daughter Stephanie, their dogs Elton and Blue, along with his extended family of brother and sister in-laws, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Oh no! Robbie and I had chatted a couple of times but had no idea he had passed. He was such a great guy. He will be missed!
