
Patrick David Campbell Hunter, 48, formerly of Amarillo, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2001, in Midwest City, Okla.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. J. Alan Ford, pastor of Southwest Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle.
Mr. Hunter was born in Fort Knox, Ky. He served in the Marine Corps. He had lived in Oklahoma for the past 15 years. He was a surgical technician at Midwest Regional Medical Center in Midwest City. He married Susan Hill in 1990 at Oklahoma City.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Andrew James Campbell of Dalhart; his stepfather, William Cecil "Bud" Campbell of El Paso; his mother and stepfather, Dusty and Robert Bolton of Los Lunas, N.M., his twin brother, Mike Campbell of Amarillo; a sister, Jane Higdon of Amarillo; and a stepsister, Linda Morrison of Quitaque.
The family will be at 256 S. Timbercreek Drive.
