Terri Lynne Kelly Allen, 59, of Amarillo TX, died Friday, Nov. 3, 2017.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel and viewing Friday evening (6-8 pm) Nov. 10, 2017, at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Terri was born March 27, 1958, in Bismarck, North Dakota to Charles and Donna Kelly.  She served in the Navy Reserves and was a registered nurse at Northwest Texas, St. Anthony’s and BSA Hospital for almost 30 years.

Survivors include a daughter, Sara Russell and husband Tim, of Chester NJ; her mother, Donna Kelly, of Amarillo; a sister, Kallene Purl and husband Sam, of Amarillo; two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Joshua, and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Alzheimer’s Association in Terri’s memory.  Alzheimer’s Association Donation
