Dennis Wolfenbarger (1964)

The above photo of Russ, Cindy Mayo Wolfenbarger and me was taken in the summer of 1965. Russ and I had gone to Oregon to work for the summer. We ended up getting jobs setting chokers working for a lumber company. We were in Oregon until Russ got his notice for a physical for the draft. He went to Portland for it and while there he volunteered for the draft. At that time Russ decided to return to AF. Since I and my employer decided to go our separate ways I couldn't afford to stay so I returned to AF also. As I remember, Russ went into the Army that September.
