
Tommy Paul Douglass, 43, of Pocatello, died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 1988 at a local hospital following a lingering illness.
He was born May 4, 1943 in American Falls to Harold Weaver and Nettie Hurelle Douglass. He attended schools in American Falls and graduated from American Falls High School. He attended Idaho State University for two years.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Pocatello Trap Club and Simplot Trap Club. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pocatello.
Survivors include two daughters, Kristine Douglass and Stephanie Douglas, both of Pocatello; two stepchildren, Daner Tea of Pocatello and Michelle Germer of California; one step-grandchild, Joshua Germer of California; and four sisters, Ester Tuner, Barbara Madden and Vicky Deppe, all of Pocatello, and Penny Young of San Diego, California.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father and one brother.
The funeral service was held Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 1p.m. in the Henderson Funeral Chapel in Pocatello with the Rev. Wayne L. Hill of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Mountain View Cemetery.
