Feb. 2, 2018, Galveston, TX
Today I went to a place where I no longer battle with health issues. My family is no longer devastated, I am in peace. Thank you to my UTMB family and caregivers for helping me fight, to my friends who held my hand to have courage, and to my family who never gave up. I am at peace, and look forward to seeing you again, in your time..... A tribute to a brave, strong, obstinate fighter, who never gave up. Rest in peace Phillip Kyle Coppett. Your words never spoke louder than your actions. We will always celebrate your courageous, loving life. Your shoes are big, and will never be filled. A memorial will be posted, soon, when we are ready to catch our breathes and celebrate as large as you lived! We love you so much, and miss you already! RIP 02/01/2018. As many friends and family as this wonderful man has...if you were left out in this post, it is only because his life was so overwhelming with love and we wrote this as stupid heads that overlooked all the important people in Kyle's life, he loved you all.
