Rebecca (Becky) Pecek died in Arizona in Sept. 2018. An obituary could not be accessed. Below we are sharing some memories of Becky from her classmates:

"In junior high, Becky sat behind me in several classes because my last name started with an N and hers a P. I recall her tormenting me on several occasions (trying to get answers on tests--joke was on her, picked the wrong straight C student for that). Then my favorite memory was in gym class, outside, playing soccer. In my normal uncoordinated style, I ran up to kick the ball but missed and kicked Becky in the shin. I repeated this about 3 times, (not on purpose). I thought she was going to kill me. She DIDN'T and I have always appreciated that. :) May she rest in peace."

"I remember that one day she was getting up from her chair too often and Mrs. L tied her to her chair (around the ankles I believe). Does anyone else remember this?"

"This is so sad to hear. I had recently tried to figure out what had happened to her. She and I used to walk to elementary school at Fellows together. We played together a lot in the summer times. Very sad to hear of her passing."
