Jeff, you will always be remembered fondly by me - not just for the fun times in band, or at junior prom, but most especially for your loyal friendship these last few years. You had such quick wit, deep faith, and courage in the face of horrific health issues. When I went through my first ever operation, you called me at the hospital, knowing how scared I had been and how unprepared for the pain post-op. And at every subsequent hospitalization, it was you that checked up on me, encouraged me, told me to "suck it up" and quit my whining.. something I definitely needed, more than once! I am so glad you are out of physical pain now, rejoicing in the presence of our Lord, and ever so glad we will one day be reunited, this time to 'tear up heaven' ... but the selfish part of me misses you - your frequent facebook posts, or even just the ability to call & talk about life in general. Keep an eye on that girl of mine until I join you both! And know that I have told Rennie I'll be there for her anytime she needs a shoulder. (hugs)
